Hello Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus!

Cheers to a blessed and prosperous New Year 2025!🎆👑💕 

As we step into this new year, my heart is full of mixed emotions—joy, hope, and expectation, but also a quiet ache for the things and people that are no longer with me, but am so grateful for the people the Lord Jesus has brought and will bring into my life. This season feels like the perfect opportunity for a fresh start, a clean slate to realign my heart with God’s plans and let Him lead me forward.

The past year has been full of lessons, some hard and some beautiful. There were moments when the weight of loss felt unbearable—missing loved ones who have gone on to be with the Lord, and grieving relationships with people who chose to walk away. But through it all, God has remained constant. His Word has been a lamp to my feet and a light to my path (Psalm 119:105, NKJV). He has reminded me that even in loss, there is gain when we are rooted in Him.

As I look ahead, I feel a sense of release—a divine permission to let go of the old. Isaiah 43:18-19 speaks directly to this: “Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

God is doing something new in this season, and in this new year and I’m choosing to trust Him completely. Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting—it means entrusting the pain, the memories, and the unanswered questions/prayers into His capable hands. For those who have passed on, I honor their lives and carry their love with me, knowing that I will see them again one day. For those who walked away, I release them to God’s care, trusting that His plans for them—and for me—are perfect (Jeremiah 29:11, NKJV).

I’m stepping into this year equipped with the leading of the Holy Spirit. Proverbs 3:5-6 will be my anthem: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

I don’t know what this new year holds, but I do know who holds me. 😮‍💨✝️💪🏼🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥 The challenges and triumphs ahead are already in His hands, and I’m choosing to move forward in bold and courageous Faith. This year, I’m committing to walk boldly, to love deeply, and to stay rooted in the truth of His Word. 🔥 I’m so grateful for the leading of the Holy Spirit and using me as His hands and feet. 🔥⚔️🩸🛡️💪🏼✝️

A Prayer for the New Year:

Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of a New Year and the promise of fresh beginnings. I release the weight of the past into Your hands, trusting You to bring healing where there is hurt and peace where there is longing. 💝👑✝️ Help me to walk forward with courage, guided by the leading of Your Holy Spirit. Open my eyes to the new things You are doing and align my heart with Your will. Strengthen me to trust You in every step I take this year. May Your presence go before me, and may Your love sustain me in every season. In Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen. Let’s be the light of our Savior Jesus in this new year of 2025!! All for the Glory and Kingdom purposes of God. Happy New Year everyone!!
