Beloved Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus,

Take a deep breath—right where you are—and remember whose you are… “The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then that makes us His heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:16–17, NKJV).

You are not striving for counterfeits; you are standing in sonship/daughtership. Because of Jesus, you carry an eternal inheritance that cannot be diluted by yesterday’s battles or today’s feelings. In Him, we have redemption ~ through His blood and the sacrifice He made on the cross for our salvation and the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7, NKJV). That means shame has no jurisdiction here. Fear has no place in your heart. Sin and death do not get the final word (Romans 6:14; 8:37, NKJV).

What It Means to Be a Joint Heir:

To be a joint heir is to share fully in what Christ Jesus did on the cross by the spilling of His shed blood. He conquered sin, broke the curse of eternal damnation for mankind, and opened the way into Father God’s presence. You are sealed with the power of Holy Spirit, “the guarantee of our inheritance” (Ephesians 1:13–14, NKJV). You are no longer a slave but a son or daughter of the most high God, “and if a son or daughter, then an heir of God through Christ” (Galatians 4:7, NKJV). This identity isn’t fragile—it’s forged. When trials press on, we remember: “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony” (Revelation 12:11, NKJV). Your testimony, aligned with His Word and declaring them boldly, are weapons against the kingdom of darkness.

Temple Care Is Kingdom Stewardship:

Because we are joint heirs, our bodies, thoughts, words spoken and lives matter. Scripture is plain: “Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit… and you are not your own. For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20, NKJV). Temple care is not vanity; it’s worship. It is saying with our habits what we confess with our mouths: Jesus is Lord over our spirit, soul, and body (1 Thessalonians 5:23, NKJV).

God’s Word infuses life and even health: “For they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh” (Proverbs 4:22, NKJV). Speak the Living Word of God aloud over your lives!

He invites us to present our bodies “a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God” (Romans 12:1, NKJV) and to do even ordinary things—eating, drinking, resting, working—“to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31, NKJV). Do everything as unto the Lord Jesus Christ. This is where holiness meets the everyday: choosing what strengthens rather than sabotages, what frees rather than entangles (Hebrews 12:1, NKJV).

Breaking Strongholds, Building Strength:

The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but “mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4–5, NKJV). In practice, that looks like:

• Renewing the mind daily with Scripture (Romans 12:2, NKJV). When cravings, anxieties, or old agreements whisper, rebuke and cast them down with the Word of God.

• Disciplining the body as Paul did: “I discipline my body and bring it into subjection/submission to Christ Jesus” (1 Corinthians 9:27, NKJV). Not harshness—holy stewardship.

• Choosing life-giving rhythms: prayer, get into praise and worship, forgiving quickly, wise boundaries, nourishing food, movement, sunlight, and restorative rest (3 John 2, NKJV).

• Confessing and renouncing what weighs you down—secret sin, unhealthy coping, self-hatred, unforgiveness ~ give it all over to the mercy seat of Heaven—and then receiving grace to walk free (Titus 2:11–12; Hebrews 9:14, NKJV).

• Speaking life over your family, health, finances, home, the work of your hands and future: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13, NKJV).

You are not trying to earn God’s love—you’re being sustained and living from it. “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love” (Colossians 1:13–14, NKJV). In Christ Jesus, you are already positioned for victory; now align your daily choices with that victory according to God standards. 🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥✝️🙌🏼⚔️🩸🛡️

A Simple Rule of Life for Temple Care:

Try this for the next 7 days:

1. Read the Word of God & Worship (10 minutes): Read a Psalm per the date, Ephesians 6:10-20 or Romans 8; pray it out loud.

2. Move Your Body (15–30 minutes): Walk, stretch, go outside or do gentle strength work. Offer it to God.

3. Fuel Wisely: Choose foods that leave you clear-minded and steady. More proteins, more greens, veggies and less carbohydrates. Cut out sugars and sodas (1 Corinthians 10:31, NKJV).

4. Guard Your Gates: Limit what inflames anxiety or triggers comparison (Philippians 4:8, NKJV). Be choosey with whom or what you spend your time doing. Watch your thoughts and speak life.

5. Rest on Purpose: Aim for consistent sleep; receive it as God’s gift (Psalm 127:2, NKJV).

6. Speak Life Daily: Declare Scripture over your health, family, home, finances, work, ministry endeavors, identity, destiny and household (Proverbs 18:21, NKJV).

7. Serve Someone: Love embodied is worship embodied (John 13:34–35, NKJV).

Declarations for Joint Heirs:

• I am a child of God and a joint heir with Christ Jesus (Romans 8:16–17, NKJV).

• My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit; I glorify God in body, mind and spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20, NKJV).

• The blood of Jesus sets me free; sin shall not have dominion over me (Romans 6:14; Revelation 12:11, NKJV).

• I am more than a conqueror through Him who loved me (Romans 8:37, NKJV).

• By His stripes I am healed and am made whole (1 Peter 2:24, NKJV). ✝️🙌🏼🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥⚔️🩸🛡️🥰🫶🏼

Prayer: Covering for You and Your Household:

Father God, in the mighty name of Your Son Jesus, we come as Your sons and daughters, joint heirs with Christ Jesus. Thank You for the cross, the empty tomb, and Your resurrection that anchors our souls. By the shed blood of Jesus, I plead the blood of Jesus over every reader and their families… over their minds, bodies, homes, finances and futures. Let every accusation of the enemy fall silent. Let every chain be broken now in the mighty name of Christ Jesus!!!

Holy Spirit, fill every inch of our inner houses... 🔥Cleanse our conscience from dead works to serve the living God (Hebrews 9:14, NKJV). Uproot every stronghold of fear, self-sabotage, addiction, sickness, illness, depression oppression and despair. We renounce agreements with lies from the enemy and receive the truth of God that sets us free. Fortify our daily rhythms of this life with Your Holy Spirits presence in our lives through prayer, the Living Word of God, wise choices, and holy rest. Restore what’s broken Father God, regulate what’s dysregulated, heal what’s inflamed or in pain, and strengthen what’s weak. Crown our days with Your goodness Lord Jesus (Psalm 103:2–5, NKJV). We proclaim that sin and death are defeated, powerless, destroyed and every evil word spoken against us in any area of life, is nullified , silenced, bound, muzzled, gagged unable to initiate and we walk in resurrection life with Christ Jesus!!! In Jesus’ Holy and mighty name we pray, Amen and Amen!!! 🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥✝️⚔️🩸🛡️🙌🏼
