  Nightly Prayer for Protection and Peace

Dear Beloved’s,

It is so important to always pray before bed and place the protection of the shed blood of Jesus over your home and family. The enemy is constantly waiting for an opportunity for an open door to have a place in our lives, so we must stay vigilant and stand firm in Faith. Demons and spirits are real, and when we pray and plead the blood of Jesus over ourselves, children, our families, and our homes, we cut off their access to us. This is a spiritual truth we cannot disregard.

We must be aware of the enemy and his evil cohorts that prowl about this world seeking the ruin and destruction of souls. Paul encourages us in Ephesians 6:11 to "put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes." Prayer, (the Word of God) is a vital part of this armor, known as the sword of the Spirit. Praying without ceasing, as 1 Thessalonians 5:17 reminds us, allows us to stay in close connection with God and maintain His covering over us. Don’t forget to command every spirit or demon to leave your home and family in the name of Jesus. When you resist Satan, he will flee (James 4:7).

And remember, "You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day" (Psalm 91:5). Even in the darkness, you are under God’s protection, and you have no reason to fear any evil or powers of the night. The blood of Jesus is our shield.

The Psalmist beautifully writes in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." This is the peace we can claim each night, knowing that God Himself is our protector.

Prayer: 

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection of Your precious shed blood. As we lie down tonight, we ask that You give us restful sleep, the peace of God to abound, and guard our dreams. Protect and guard our homes and families, and send Your angels to stand watch over us, even while we sleep. I place a wall of fire around my home, and I plead the blood of Jesus over us and our families, In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen and Amen. 🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥✝️⚔️🩸🛡️🕊️
