Recognizing The Battle Behind The Storm

Dear Family in Christ,

Have you been feeling like things are a bit off lately ? Like the weight on your shoulders came out of nowhere, old menacing thoughts try to whisper lies and no matter how hard you try to find your footing, something keeps trying to pull you under?

Let me encourage you today:

That heaviness, that pressure, that confusion—it’s not always just life’s day-to-day stresses... alot of the time ~ it’s a spiritual matter.

Sometimes what you’re feeling isn’t random at all—it’s spiritual warfare. Your soul is under siege, and the enemy would love nothing more than for you to stay unaware, discouraged, and disconnected from the truth of who you are in Christ Jesus.

But here’s the truth we stand on:

📖 “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace…” — 1 Corinthians 14:33 (KJV)

If God is not the author of confusion, then we need to ask: Who is?

That fog in your mind, that pull toward old habits, the whispers that say “You’re not enough,” or “You’ll never change”—that’s not your Heavenly Father speaking. That’s the enemy at work. 

And the enemy doesn’t waste his energy unless you’re close to a powerful breakthrough.

       ✝️🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” — John 10:10 (ESV)

You are a threat to the kingdom of  darkness. That’s why the enemy is fighting so hard to silence you.

But you are not powerless!

You’ve been equipped by Heaven, sealed by the Spirit, covered by the shed blood of Jesus, and clothed in the full armor of God.

 📖“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.” — Romans 8:37 (KJV)

So if you’re feeling worn down, if your soul is weary, let me remind you: you were not built to break or give up—you were born to overcome. Not by your own might, not by your own power, but by the Spirit of the living God who does not abandon His warriors in battle.

Yes, the fire is hot. Yes, the opposition is real. But God is refining you, not forsaking you. You’re not going under—you’re going through, for Kingdom purpose.

      🕊️ “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7 (KJV)

The Word of God is not just for comfort—it’s your weapon of warfare and handbook to be prepared for the enemy’s tactics and to know how to defeat him.

⚔️The Sword of the Spirit, the Shield of Faith, 🛡️  the Helmet of Salvation ⛑️—these are not metaphors for Sunday school. These are survival tools for spiritual warfare. ⚔️🩸🛡️✝️🪽🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥💪🏼😇

And you, beloved, are not standing unarmed. Remember your authority in Christ Jesus! 

So what do we do when peace feels distant?

We don’t back down. We press in harder in speaking the Word of God boldly, staying prayed up, and start to praise and worship through the trials of sadness, aloneness, sickness, pain or loss — instead of giving it power and place in your minds, hearts and emotions. 

⚔️🔥We anchor deeper in the promises of God. ✝️🪽⚔️🩸🛡️ Standing strong in unwavering Faith. 

⚔️🔥We stand boldly in the authority that Jesus literally gave us. 💪🏼✝️

⚔️🔥We cover ourselves daily in the blood of Jesus. 🩸🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥

⚔️🔥We declare His Word. ✝️📣🗣️ ⚔️🔥We pray without ceasing. 🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥 We armor up. ⚔️🩸🛡️💪🏼👑

       ✝️⚔️💪🏼“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the power  of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.” — Ephesians 6:10–11 

👑🔥You may feel tired—but you are not defeated.

👑🔥You may feel shaken—but you are still sealed by the Holy Spirit.

👑🔥You may be walking through the fires—but you’re coming out forged, refined, and steadfast. 

And let me remind you: ✝️⚔️🩸🛡️🙌🏼😇 Victory is already yours in Christ Jesus.

📖🔥♥️🙏🏼♥️🔥🩸🕊️🩸🕊️“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…” — Revelation 12:11 (KJV)

💪🏼✝️Stand firm.

🛡️🗡️Keep your sword sharp.

💝You are not alone.

🌺You are not forgotten.

⚔️🩸🛡️🪽And you are not finished.

You are being Forged in Faith for Kingdom purposes. Stand firm, bold and courageous in Faith.
